The Protein House in Las Vegas is one of our mandatory food stops, and an AMAZING restaurant for bodybuilders!
We had a little surprise on the day we went in; turned out it was Protein House's fourth anniversary. Larissa Reis was there talking to people and posing for pictures and all that, and since Mandy and I were willing to flex for the camera (helloooooo, why wouldn't we?!) she put us on the Protein House instagram page, @proteinhouse1. Pretty cool!
Now, onto my post workout meal! I had "The General" which is bison, brown rice, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, red Peppers and avocado. Delicious AF. One of the things I love at this place is that they list all the macros out for you on the menu. VERY prep friendly!
