How are you different from every other photographer?

You’ll see that my style is very different from virtually every other west coast photographer, so you’ll be getting something that is truly unique.
As far as my personality goes, past clients tell me that I’m adaptable to anything you can throw at me, I don’t get rattled (and hey, wedding days can be chaotic AF), but most of all, I make the entire process FUN.
Who will be our photographers?
You will be with me, all the way from your initial inquiry, through your engagement session, your wedding day itself, all the way to final album delivery, and everything in between! We accept a very limited number of weddings per year – this means we are able to provide you with UNMATCHED service, and attention to detail.
Do you offer an engagement session?
100% YES! This is where I get to see how you two interact with each other in front of my camera, and get comfortable. Plus we’re going to create some kickass imagery.
What kind of packages do you offer?
We believe in keeping things very simple, so there is no one size fits all packages. We start with a base of 6 hours of wedding day coverage, two photographers (myself included of course!), the engagement session, an online gallery of all your best images from your wedding day, and a host of other goodies. From there, we can add extra time, album upgrades, and various other options to suit your needs.
Do you offer wedding albums?
YES! We offer beautiful, custom designed, hand crafted albums will be your family’s first heirloom; I want your Grandkids to eventually have this album.
Do you offer wall art?
Again, YES! We offer a very wide array of luxury options, including 1.5inch thick archival quality canvas prints, metal prints, acrylic prints, and birch wood prints. These have to be seen to be believed!
Can you send me pricing?
I find that simply providing a bulleted list of pricing and “things” tends to create more questions than answers. That being said, our base package starts at 3000, so if we are within your budget, let’s set up a meeting so we can hear all about your big day and walk you through everything. (I’m a craft beer guy, hint hint)
Do you come to the rehearsal?
Depends what there is for dinner. (Just kidding…. Kind of)
We do not come to the rehearsal dinner, but that being said, coverage is available as an extra add-on.
Do you photograph details and family group photos?
Of course! These are some of the most important images of your day.
Do you offer digital negatives?
YES, on an online gallery. Not just a CD of images (honestly, does your computer even have a CD player?!) Easy to download and share with friends and family, etc!
Do you travel?
YES! We LOVE destination weddings!! We take care of all of our own travel arrangements. If our travels require airfare, hotel, or rental car etc, we do require is a reimbursement of those fees (but don’t worry, we don’t fly first class) ;)

Should I give you a shot list?
Nope, we’re all good. But if you want to provide a family shot list to ensure we don’t forget any combos, definitely give me that!
How do we hire you?
A signed agreement and retainer of $1000 is required to reserve your date, then the balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. We reserve dates on a first come-first serve basis, so if you know you want to work with us, don’t wait!
What kind of equipment do you use?
For all you gearheads out there, we use top of the line Canon gear. 5D mark3 body, and I’m an L-Lens snob.
